  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Yes, with a non refundable deposit equal to one month's rent
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: NO! That is for damages only and you will need to pay in addition to your deposits that are held
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18 years old, however if your are a minor we will need a co-singer and your parents consent
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, deposits are typically refundable
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: Minors and students with no credit/job history
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can apply online here.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You can pay rent online theu the tenant portal, send a check to the office, pay in person at our office, drop rent after hours in our drop box in the rear of the office. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Pets need to be approved by managemet. If that are approved there is a $500.00 security deposit per pet that will be assessed to your account
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: You are responsible as per your lease agreement. Contact management if there are any issues
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You will need to let management know 30 - 60 days in advance that you will not be renewing your lease.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: General maintenance and repairs are the landlords responsibility however if you caused the issue or damage you will be liable for the associated expenses
