A: NO! That is for damages only and you will need to pay in addition to your deposits that are held

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You can pay rent online theu the tenant portal, send a check to the
office, pay in person at our office, drop rent after hours in our drop
box in the rear of the office. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Pets need to be approved by managemet. If that are approved there
is a $500.00 security deposit per pet that will be assessed to your account

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: You are responsible as per your lease agreement. Contact management if there are any issues

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You will need to let management know 30 - 60 days in advance that you will not be renewing your lease.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: General maintenance and repairs are the landlords responsibility however
if you caused the issue or damage you will be liable for the associated expenses
