    A: We make paying rent as easy as possible, tenants can pay online, through snail mail, using a credit card, ETF, pay in person at our office, or leave in our drop box after hours.

    A: Typically, we sign a one year lease however other options are available.

    A: Typically, we charge a one Month Security Deposit
