    A: You will receive your funds every month electronically (EFT) no later then the 15th.

    A: We make paying rent as easy as possible, tenants can pay online, through snail mail, using a credit card, ETF, pay in person at our office, or leave in our drop box after hours.

    A: Typically, we sign a one year lease however other options are available.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Typically, we charge a one Month Security Deposit

    A: It typically takes no longer than 1 week to get everything set up
